What this website collects, and why.

Wild Wisdom is sold to organisations, not to consumers. This website collects professional enquiry details from people who choose to contact us, and nothing else.

Who is responsible

Wild Wisdom is operated by Grosvenor Lane LLC, Dallas, Texas. Grosvenor Lane LLC is responsible for the professional enquiry information described on this page.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the capacity-review form, or what you choose to put in an email to us. The form asks for:

  • First name and last name
  • Work email address
  • Organisation and role or title
  • Organisation type and number of locations
  • Treatment or device category and where the capacity gap is observed
  • Optional company website, telephone number, approximate monthly treatment goal, preferred timing and any further context you choose to add

The form also carries an opaque, randomly generated identifier for the form instance itself. It is not derived from you or from anything you type, and it is used only to stop a single submission being delivered twice.

Never send patient or customer data

Do not submit patient information, customer information, credentials or access to any clinical system through this website. Wild Wisdom does not ask for those, has no use for them at the enquiry stage and does not want to receive them. If they are sent to us in error, we will delete them.

The pilot itself works from aggregate clinic-supplied operating totals. Customer identities stay inside the clinic’s own systems.

Why we collect it

To read your enquiry, judge whether Wild Wisdom is commercially relevant to your organisation, and reply to you. The consent checkbox on the form covers that reply.

We do not sell enquiry information, we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list from a capacity-review submission.

How it is handled

A submitted form is sent to us as an email notification through our email delivery provider and then handled in our business email account. The contents of a submission are not written to our application logs.

This website sets one cookie, and only inside the pilot workspace: a signed session cookie created when a valid access code is entered. It carries no personal information and no advertising or analytics identifier. The public pages set no cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and for a limited period afterwards as an ordinary business record. When it is no longer needed for either, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

Making a privacy enquiry

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, use the contact form. Please write from the address you originally contacted us with, or give us enough detail to find the enquiry.
