The engagement

The scoped investigation

One treatment. One primary location. One consequential decision.

Wild Wisdom is used before a consequential commitment of marketing spend, treatment rollout, staffing, capacity or equipment. The investigation exists to establish which constraint should govern that commitment — so the larger move is made on evidence, or not made at all.
Built for decisions with meaningful operating exposure, not routine reporting.

Tell us the decision you are trying to make on one treatment line, and which options are still open. We will follow up to discuss fit, the baseline a defensible read needs, and what an investigation of one treatment at one primary location would involve. You do not need to know whether the problem is demand, conversion or deliverable capacity — that is the question the engagement answers.

It ends with a decision: continue, change or stop, published with what would change that conclusion. A test runs only where the read warrants one.

Share what you can about the treatment line and the decision in front of you.

Anything here helps us judge fit before the conversation. All of it can be left blank, and none of it is treated as evidence that any particular constraint is binding — that is what a reconciled baseline is for.

For example: whether to add a second device, hire another injector, put more spend behind the line, or leave it alone. Treatments, locations, months or time windows where you have seen it, and any option already ruled out. Aggregate context only.

Only if you know it. A rough range is fine.
